I did not fast because I can loose weight or its good for my health, I did not pray because there is a scientific benefits when I bow or ruku and all, I did not do things in Islam because there was something that I could gain from it - I know there is benefits but that was not the reason why I did it. The reason why I did it is because Allah commands us to do,and I obey. Allah commands, we obey,that’s what we should start to look back and reflect our intention so that its not for anything other than Allah alone the reason why we do our ibadah.
